FINGERSMARK LIFE IMPROVEMENT FOUNDATION (FLIF)

NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS: CROSS RIVER STATE

National, State, LGA and Ward Structures, Departments/Committees

 

The FLIF is a non-profit making Organization with the vision, to raise the standard of living of Nigerians through meaningful programs, activities, projects and funding and rendering humanitarian services and carryout community based projects such as digging of borehole with solar panel for pumping of water, installation of transformer in the areas that has electricity problem, and many other things that will enhance life in the community.

 

Following the core values of the Fingersmark Life Improvement Foundation, integrity, focus, trust, equity and maximization, I, the Country General Coordinator – Evangelist Tchr. Akan Bassey FISAM, hereby approve the following structures, departments and committees to be established in the Fingersmark Life Improvement Foundation.

 

BOARD OF TRUSTEES (BOT)

Members of the Board of trustees are the founding members of the FLIF comprising of the Chairman, Secretary and Members. The BOT can remove any person or release any person from the position held at the national, state, lga, or ward level. The Country General Coordinator is the Chairman of the BOT and Mrs. Bassey, Gladys Akan is a member/Secretary. And the CGC will include other board of trustees members.

 

NATIONAL MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE EXECUTIVE (NMCC)

The following are the positions established at the National Level:

5.         Mobilization Coordinator

6.         Registrant

7.         Conference and Logistics Coordinator

8.         Purchasing Coordinator

9.         Medias Coordinator

12.        Projects Coordinator

13.        Health Coordinator

14.        Interventions coordinator

15.        Fundraisings Coordinator

16.        Volunteers Coordinator

19.        North-Central Zonal Coordinator

20.        North-East Zonal Coordinator

21.        North-West Zonal Coordinator

22.        South-East Zonal Coordinator

The founder is the Country General Coordinator (CGC) and Lady Gladys Bassey is the Registrant of the FLIF. Appointments of National Officers are done by the Country General Coordinator.

 

ZONAL HEADUARTERS AND THEIR BRANCHES

The foundation has established six (6) Zonal Headquarters and Branches under them, headed by the Zonal Coordinator. The following are the Zonal Headquarters and their branches:

 

1.         North-Central Headquarter: FCT – ABUJA

            Branches under FCT-Abuja Zone: Niger, Kogi, Benue, Plateau, Nasarawa, Kwara and       Abuja

 

2.         North-East Headquarter: TARABA STATE

            Branches under Taraba Zone: Bauchi, Borno, Taraba, Adamawa, Gombe, and Yobe

 

3.         North-West Headquarter: KADUNA STATE

            Branches under Kaduna Zone: Zamfara, Sokoto, Kaduna, Kebbi, Katsina, Kano and        Jigawa

 

4.         South-East Headquarter: IMO STATE

            Branches under Imo Zone: Enugu, Imo, Ebonyi, Abia, and Anambra

 

5.         South-South Headquarter: AKWA IBOM STATE

            Branches under Akwa Ibom Zone: Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Rivers, Cross River and      Delta

 

6.         South-West Headquarter: LAGOS STATE

            Branches under Lagos Zone: Oyo, Ekiti, Osun, Ondo, Lagos, and Ogun

 

The appointments of the Zonal Coordinators are done by the Country General Coordinator (CGC).

 

NATIONAL DEPARTMENTS/COMMITTEES

The following departments and Committees are established in to run the affair of the FLIF at the National Level:

1.         National Data Collection Department

2.         National Conference/Logistics Department

3.         National Programs/Intervention Department

4.         National Purchasing Department

5.         Department of National Auditors

6.         National Fundraising Department

7.         National Healthcare Department

8.         National Conflict Resolution Department

9.         National Disbursement Validation Committee

10.        National Appointments/Awards Committee

11.        National Media/Printing Committee

12.        National Finance/Investigation Committee

 

The CGC appoints members into different departments and committees

 

ZONAL OFFICERS

The Foundation also approved leadership structure at the Zonal level. The officers are:

1.         Zonal Coordinator

2.         Zonal Secretary

3.         Zonal Logistics/Transports Officer

1.         Branch Coordinator

2.         Branch Secretary

3.         Branch Financial Secretary

4.         Branch Treasurer

5.         Branch Fundraising Adviser

6.         Branch Volunteers Mobilizer

7.         Branch Legal Adviser

8.         Branch Auditor

9.         Branch Public Relation Secretary

 

The appointment of the branch coordinator is done by CGC and other officers appointments are done by the Branch Coordinator

 

STATE COMMITTEES

The foundation also established committees to run the affair of the foundation at the state level:

1.         Branch Data Collection Committee

2.         Branch Conference/Intervention Committee

3.         Branch Healthcare Committee

4.         Branch Fundraising/Disbursement Validation Committee

5.         Branch Purchasing Committee

 

The coordinator appoint members into the committees

 

DIVISION

The foundation has also established leadership in Local Government Area, they are:

1.         Focal Person

2.         Secretary

3.         Publicity Secretary

4.         Welfare Officer

 

The appointments of the officers at the Divisional level are done by the State Coordinator and other officers are done by the Focal person.

 

CATCHMENTS

The foundation has established leadership at ward level, they are:

1.         Catchments Leader

2.         Catchments Secretary

3.         Catchments PRO

 

The appointments of the officers at the catchments level are done by the Focal person and other officers are done by the Catchments Leader
